Exam Stress

Better way to deal with exam stress
  • Take a white paper and write 1. Why you are getting stress? Is it related to your low-study or is it related to food, or is it related to lack of sleep, or any other reasons. 
  • Don't mix your inner conflicts. Categorize each conflict. 
  • Plan your study. 
  • Take regular breaks. 
  • Drink lot of water. 
  • Get good sleep. 
  • Meditate
  • Talk with your close ones. 
  • Always think positive.
