Better way to deal with exam stress
- Take a white paper and write 1. Why you are getting stress? Is it related to your low-study or is it related to food, or is it related to lack of sleep, or any other reasons.
- Don't mix your inner conflicts. Categorize each conflict.
- Plan your study.
- Take regular breaks.
- Drink lot of water.
- Get good sleep.
- Meditate
- Talk with your close ones.
- Always think positive.
